Recycling and Industry are sectors where accidents are more prone to happen, than in many other sectors.

We strive to create a workplace with no injuries or accidents, and at Zirq HSE always comes first. Our vision is 0 LTIFR, and we celebrate input on where and how we can do better, by maintaining a constant focus on building an internal safety culture.

We believe that diversity and inclusion is fundamental in securing satisfaction and wellbeing for our employees. We aim to ensure that Zirq is a safe workplace for all our employees, both regarding physical and mental health, as well as for all workers within our value chain.

We ensure that we are always adhering to a workers’ rights within our value chain, according to the Ten Principles in the UN Global Compact and our Code of Conduct. We will risk evaluate our stakeholders; key customers, suppliers and partners according to the risk connected to their company through for instance the Global Rights Index, geography and sector, and ensure that we adhere to the Transparency Act.
